 This article is about the sheriff suggesting women to carry guns. He believes they need to protect themselves. He also said they should walk in groups. This will help with dangerous criminals aroundd. Women should carry guns rather than mace.

This connects to what we are studying in class because its about the bill of rights. One of the rights is the rights to bear arms. That means that a person has the right to own a gun for protection. That is a basic right from the Constitution.

It connects to my life because my step dad believes in the right to bear arms. He thinks this is an important part of being a citizen. In some states a person can not carry a loaded gun on them. I believe also believe also that a citizen can protect themselves with a loaded gun. It can save someones life.

In my opinion you should have the right to bear arms because you need to protect your self from someone dangerous. You don't know when a dangerous person is going to do something to you. This is why I think you should have the right to bear arms so you can be ready for it.
